How long does an order take to ship?
Some of our fabrics are in stock and are shipped within 24-72 working hours. Some fabrics can take 7-15 working days to arrive. This information is included in all product descriptions as a guide. We work hard to pack orders as quickly as is possible, and always endeavour to have orders sent well within the time frame provided as a guide. If you are unsure, please log into your account, and view your order status, and email our customer service team from the site for an update on how your order is progressing. Once your order has shipped an automated email will be sent to you from Australia Post which provides tracking information available directly from the Australia Post website. An automated email will be sent from our administration to confirm your order has be shipped to you and any additional information included.
Customers in Western Australia: Your parcel can take up to 10 working days to arrive once shipped.
My order is saying "processing". What does this mean?
When we receive your order we send out an automated email to advise we are beginning to process it. What you ordered will determine how long it will take before we can ship your order. Some of our fabrics are in stock and are shipped within 24-72 working hours once an order is placed. Some fabrics take 7-15 working days to arrive to you. If this is the case it is written in the particular fabric description. If you are unsure you can log into your account, and view your order and check which fabrics you ordered. Products with a "PO" in the code can take 7-21 working days to arrive to you. An automated email will be sent once shipped. Most orders are shipped within 7-15 days.
What is my order sent in?
Your order is wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the condition you expect. Some fabrics are folded and shipped in plastic satchels, whilst larger quantities may be sent on a roll wrapped in plastic.
I ordered some swatches but haven't received them yet.
Swatches can take 7-15 working days to arrive to you. These are usually shipped via surface mail.
My order has been shipped, how can I track my order?
When we ship your order (via Australia Post eparcel), an automated email is sent to your registered address. Sometimes this can end up in your junk mail folder - please check the folder from time to time. The email provides tracking details for you so you can keep an eye on your parcel and know when to expect delivery. Unless you have requested otherwise, we require a signature on all deliveries. Sometimes Australia Post will leave a calling card if they cannot deliver your parcel during the day. In this instance you can go to your local post office and collect your parcel. If you have requested a safe drop Australia Post will leave the parcel in the location you have requested and mark your parcel as delivered. All responsibility remains with the receiver, if safe drop is requested.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
We currently ship orders to New Zealand via Australia Post International shipping and tracking. Your order is wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the condition you expect. Some fabrics are folded and shipped in plastic satchels, whilst larger quantities may be sent on a roll wrapped in plastic. Shipping is calculated by weight and is provided at the checkout. It is important to check the conditions of any duties into New Zealand prior to placing your order.
